Todd "Rah" "Rah", was a special, unique kind of person. He was sweet and gentle but could be stubborn and mean. Overall, he was a good person that would have done anything for his family.

Todd is survived by his parents, J.O. Padgett of Anderson, SC; a mother, Becky McLane Goss of Seneca; grandparents, Claude "Chink" Goss, and Nancy S. Goss of Newry; two brothers, Steve Padgett and his wife Charlotte, and Jim Padgett and his wife Tammy all of Anderson. He also has a sister, Tina Knight Goss of Greenville. He has a niece, Amber, and nephew.

He was loved by everyone that came in contact with him. Our lives will never be the same now that he is gone. It is a struggle every day knowing we will never see his sweet face again.

Todd was only 23 when he passed and he being young is even harder knowing that he had so much life left. He never was married or had any children.

I, his sister, miss him so much that I feel sometimes I can't go on but I always remember that he would say it will be ok. He was very protective of his family. We were seven years apart but he always tried to take care of me when it came down to it.

I was always like the mother type to him trying to get him to do the right thing all the time. But this was one time I couldn't do anything...

In a moment, he was gone. I got the call on a Friday night that my brother had been killed in a car wreck. I was in so much shock. So was my mom...and grandparents..and his had happened and there was nothing that could be done. I never really knew what other people went through with the death of a loved one until I lost my only brother. Now I have no brother and that hurts.

He was not wearing a seat belt. It could have saved his life. So please wear it, it could save you one day. I hurt for my mom too, just think to lose your 23 yr old son.I try to be there for her. So think about things before you do them because it might save your life or someone else's.

There is always someone out there that loves you, and will affect them if something happens to you. I miss you so much, Brother. My heart aches to see you but you will always be in my heart forever. I will never forget you...
Love You Always and Forever.
Sister-Tina D., Mom, Granny
